Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner.
We are not inclined to interfere with the concurrent finding of the three courts below. Consequently the special leave petition is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
However, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in settled possession hence the eviction should be in accordance with law.
