Notice be issued to the unrepresented respondents, returnable in four weeks.

Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.

In the meanwhile, the parties shall maintain status quo as to the right, title, interest, and possession of the suit premises . However, it shall be open for the appearing respondent(builder) to complete the construction of the ongoing project on one of the suit premises.

It shall be open to the appearing parties to file response within two weeks.

Rejoinder thereto, if any, shall be filed within one week. List on 04.11.2024.
