UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) Nos.17073-17074/2013 The status/position of the respondents is shown in the Tabular Chart, a perusal of which indicates that some of the respondents are duly represented while some of them are unserved.

Registry to submit a complete report about the status of the duly represented respondents as to whether the counter affidavits on their behalf have been filed or not so as to facilitate this court to pass appropriate orders on the next date.

Respondent Nos.5, 18, 19, 37, 43, 47, 49 are reported to be duly and properly served through the District Court and respondent Nos.13, 23, 25, 33, 36 and 41 are reported to be duly served through post but none appeared on their behalf.

In respect of the unserved respondents, notice be reissued through the concerned District Court besides usual Item No.33 -3-

mode. The learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish the fresh and complete address of respondent Nos.4 and 22 within four weeks and thereafter notice be issued forthwith, as directed above.

So far as the duly represented respondents, who have yet not filed their counter affidavits on record, are granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit, as final chance subject to service of the complete set of the pleadings on the learned counsel appearing on their behalf within two weeks of which necessary proof be filed on record. Counter affidavits on behalf of respondent Nos.4, 5, 8, 13, 15 and 17 have already come on record. The office report indicates that proof of service of copy of the counter affidavit on the other side has not been filed on record. However, the learned counsels appearing on their behalf have made a submission at Bar that copies have been sered on 19.10.2013. Registry to ascertain and verify.
