We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is dismissed. The petitioner is however granted nine months' time to vacate the premises subject to the following two conditions: 1) The petitioner shall file an undertaking on usual terms that he shall hand over the vacant possession of the property on the expiry of the period of nine months. -2- 2) That he shall deposit with the trial court compensation for
use and occupation of the premises @ Rs. 2,000/- p.m. commencing from 01.11.2012 till the date of vacation. The undertaking to be filed within four weeks.
