These applications have been filed for disposal of the special leave petitions in terms of judgment dated 01.04.2013 of the three Judge Bench in C.A.No.2733 of 2013 - Shrirampur Municipal Council, Shrirampur vs. Satyabhamabai Bhimaji Dawkher and others and connected matters.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly stated that the issue raised in the special leave petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of the three Judge Bench.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed and the special leave petitions are dismissed. The detailed reasons recorded in the judgment in Shrirampur Municipal Council, Shrirampur vs. Satyabhamabai Bhimaji Dawkher and others (supra) shall be read as part of this order.
