UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We find from the order of the Deputy Registrar that the common facilities belonging to the undivided colony will be shared by all the members.
In view of above, we do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. We make it clear that the common facilities will be open to be used by all the members of three colonies viz. Ruby, Emerald and Diamond as directed in the order of the Deputy Registrar.
The special leave petition is, accordingly,disposed of.
Pending applications including application for intervention shall also stand disposed of.
