For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Having heard, learned counsel for the petitioner while we are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 1 st October, 2014 passed by the Division Bench of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1123 of 2014, allow the petitioner to get clarification to court's order with regard to the arrears of wages to be deposited with the Court. We have noticed the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has challenged the order of reinstatement and is entitled to pay the wages under Section 88 of the Bombay Industrial Relations Act i.e. the last wage drawn by Signature Not Verified the workmen.
