UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Delay condoned.
officer of and above the rank of Assistant Sub-inspector in
the Railway Protection Force, were conferred the power of Officer authorized, for the purpose of the Railway Act. The counsel then points out that the respondent was leading a group of squatters which blocked the railway track and operation of train service was disrupted for over 60 minutes. Therefore, it is argued that the interference by the High Court by quashing the Complaint against the respondent(s), was totally unmerited.
Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
