On a query being posed to learned counsel for the applicants as to why these applicants are seeking to join in the present petition, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that they were all petitioners before the High Court while some filed the special leave petition. However, on perusal of the file, it is found otherwise. Now the counsel states that some were petitioners before the High Court and others were not.
There should be proper representation before this Court of the facts. It should be drawn out as to which of the petitioners were also the petitioners before the Court as otherwise, there is no need to entertain the application in view of the facts which have been stated in the application.
