and 28107 of 2011 wants some more time to file outcome of dasti service. They may do so on or before the next date. They may

also take appropriate steps for unserved respondents.

In SLP(C) No. 31284/2011, the ld. Advocate for the petitioner has filed proof of service with affidavit on 7.5.2012. Registry to take notice of contents of such affidavit for different respondents and to make note of respondents who are properly served as disclosed in such affidavit.

Petitioner has also filed an application for permitting them to confirm service upon several respondents through their counsel in the Trial Court stating that several respondents are unserved but they are present or represented through their Advocate in different litigations before different Courts, details of which is disclosed by them in the pleadings. If it is so, petitioner is permitted to serve dasti notice as prayed for in their application filed on 7.5.2012. However, while filing proof of service through such mode, petitioner has to disclose the full and further details of such pending litigation through which notice upon respondent Nos. 12, 13,21,23,24 and 26 are served with full address of such respondents as disclosed in those litigations and details of Advocates through whom such notices are served. Though petitioner has prayed to serve notice on respondent no.20, through such mode, the ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr Anil Kumar Mishra accepts notice for such respondent and he states that he has already filed vakalatnama in the month of
