Having given our thoughtful consideration to the merits 2 of the claim raised on behalf of the petitioner, we find no ground whatsoever to interfere with the impugned order.

The instant petition is accordingly dismissed.

Reason:

The petitioner is directed to pay the entire arrears of rent, as determined by the High Court, to the respondents within four weeks from today. The action of the petitioner in not paying the arrears of rent within the stipulated time will be viewed seriously.
