Perused the office report dated 9th October, 2014.

Learned counsel for the respondent – M/s. Videocon Telecommunications Limited states that the bank guarantee is valid upto 12.02.2015 which will be renewed from time to time till the disposal of the appeal. In case, this is not done before expiry of the bank guarantee, the matter may be put up again.
