UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and having gone through the materials on record, we see no reason to interfere with the common impugned order passed by the High Court.
2. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
3. Interim relief earlier granted by this Court stands vacated forthwith.
4. It shall be open for the plaintiffs, who instituted the suit for specific performance, and succeed before the High Court to proceed further with the execution of the decree.
5. In view of the dismissal of the Special Leave Petitions, no orders are required to be passed on the applications for setting aside of abatement, condonation of delay in filing application for setting aside of abatement and application for substitution, which are accordingly disposed of.
6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
