UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

ORDER

per office report, ld. Advocate-on-record, $\mathbf{A}\mathbf{s}$ Mr B.K.Prasad has filed the vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.8. Ld. counsel appearing on behalf of Mr B.K.Prasad, Advocate-on-record has pointed out that in the cause list, Ment Veriff B.K.Prasad, Advocate-on-record has been shown as against $\begin{bmatrix} \text{any/2} \ \text{any/2} \ \text{any/2} \end{bmatrix}$ 11.52.2215 spondent no.4 whereas in the SLP he is respondent No.6.

Office report would further indicate that Ms N Annapoorani, Advocate-on-record has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.15 where her name is shown as against respondent no.8. I fail to understand that on what basis the office report has been prepared. Registry to clarify the same.

Respondents who have already filed vakalatnama are granted four weeks time for filling counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars to effect service on respondents who have not been served except for respondent no.9 within two weeks time.

Re-issue notice in respect of respondent no.9.

List again on 2.9.2021.
