1 It is common ground between Mr Prashant Bhushant, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr S Guru Krishnakumar, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the developer that post dated cheques bearing the dates of 1 April 2022, 15 April 2022, 30 April 2022 and 15 May 2022 have been handed over to fourteen flat buyers towards the final resolution of their claims. The developer undertakes to ensure that the cheques are duly honoured on the dates on which the cheques fall due for encashment. Signature Not Verified

• 2 As regards the remaining twenty flat buyers, Mr S Guru Krishnakumar, has, in order to assist the Court, stated that he will prepare a consolidated statement reflecting the percentage of payments which were made before 31 December 2018 by the flat buyers. A copy of the statement shall be shared in advance with Mr Prashant Bhushan and shall also be emailed to [email protected].
• 3 List the Contempt Petitions on 4 April 2022.
