UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as directed by this Court by an order dated 3rd November, 2014, a sum of Rs.1 crore has been given by the petitioners to the Respondent-Bank. It has been further submitted that the petitioners are trying to find a buyer for the property belonging to them and if the property is sold, there would be a tripartite agreement to the effect that the buyer of the property Digitally signed by Sarita Purohit Date: 2014.11.20 10:38:32 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

shall give the sale proceeds directly to the Respondent-Bank. The learned counsel prays for three months' time to find a buyer.

Time upto 31st January, 2015 is given to the petitioners to find a buyer so that the sale proceeds can be directly given by the buyer of the property to the Respondent-Bank. It is also directed that no further proceedings shall be taken with regard to recovery or issuance of any notice till 6th February, 2015.

List the matters on 2nd February, 2015.
