UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned Hader Court. However, considering the passed bv the High submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, we are inclined to grant six months' time to the petitioners for handing over the vacant possession of the suit properties, subject to the usual undertaking to be filed by way of an affidavit before this Court, within a period of four weeks to the effect that the petitioners will vacate the premises within six months and clear all rent/arrears, if any, and shall not create any third party rights therein. The six months time that has been granted, starts running with effect from today.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
