The matter above mentioned has been filed by Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 31.05.2014 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in CRMMO Nos. 4098, 4099 and 4105 of 2013.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 2605-2606/2014 arising out of Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 6539-6540 of 2014 filed by petitioner herein relating to same Criminal Case was listed before Hon'ble Court on 14.03.2014 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 14.03.2014 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that M/s. Karanjawala & Co., Advocate has entered caveat alongwith Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 14569 of 2014 and Respondent No. 7 in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 14570 of 2014 and respondent No. 1 in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 14571 of 2014.

It is further submitted that Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 08.08.2014 and 12.08.2014 filed an application for Permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents as separate volume-I to Volume-VI Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The application above-mentioned is, therefore listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
