Rohini" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Karkardooma, Delhi is ordered to be transferred to the District Judge, Meerut, U.P. who shall either hear the matter himself or assign it to the court of competent jurisdiction. The transferee court is requested to dispose of the transferred case expeditiously.
