Issue notice. Since only a pure question of law is involved, let the parties exchange their pleadings by way of counter affidavit within four weeks and rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.

Set down all the matters thereafter for final disposal together. In the meantime, parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the disputed property. However, the direction with regard to remand passed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court shall remain stayed.
