Civil Appeal No. 7747/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the signed order.

After one matter, namely, C.A. No. 7747/2019 has been further settled, there are still 28 flats where settlement has not taken place. It is stated that some details have been circulated yesterday by the appellants. We do not appreciate this. Proceedings in Court cannot be taken for granted.

Insofar as circulation of the template is concerned, there is also a grievance made in that behalf.

We direct the appellants to ensure that the template is circulated within three days for the 28 flats to the counsels representing the parties in the 28 flats and a copy of the template is placed before us. We have made it clear to the learned counsel for the respondents that it is for them to accept or not to accept the template. If they accept the template, the matter can be disposed of in the said terms, if not the matter will have to wait its turn for hearing.
