1. This Court vide order dated 03.07.2023 had granted conditional stay of the judgment and order impugned herein, in some of the appeals, subject to the appellant's depositing 50% of the amount awarded, in the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order. Vide order dated 07.08.2023 this Court had extended the said period by four weeks, by way of last chance.

2. Today when the matters are called out, learned counsel for the appellant(s) states that the dispute is settled with more than 500 flat purchasers. He submits that insofar as the flat purchasers with whom there is no settlement, the amount would be deposited within a period of two weeks from today.

3. The appellant(s) shall deposit 50% of the amount awarded in all these appeals, within a period of two weeks from today, in respect of the persons who have not settled the matter with the appellant.

4. We make it clear that in the event the said amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, these appeals shall be liable to be dismissed, without further arguments.

5. List after two weeks.
