UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are willing to vacate the tenements in their respective possession within three days from today subject to condition of the developers paying the advance rent at the rate of Digitally signed by ASHISH KONDLE Date: 2024.04.24 17:08:17 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified
Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand) per month in the manner provided in the Circular No.210A dated 23rd February, 2024, executing an agreement in the prescribed format for grant of alternate accommodation in the redeveloped property and paying a lumpsum amount of Rs.72,000/- (Rupees Seventy-two Thousand) as one-time shifting charges.
The learned senior counsel representing the third respondent (developer) states that necessary compliance as stated above shall be made by the third respondent within a period of three days from today.
The compliance as aforesaid shall be done simultaneously with the petitioners handing over the possession of their respective tenements to the third respondent.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
