UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
None appears for the petitioners. Counsel for the respondent stated across the Bar that an application has been filed for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased respondent nos. 6 and 7 in SLP(C) No. 14831-14842/2019 and SLP(C) No. 14863- 14877/2019. In fact, the applications are required to be filed by the petitioner. However, he prays for withdrawal of those applications.
In my considered opinion, the said applications may be treated as intimation to the petitioner for substitution of the L.R.s of deceased respondents. The petitioners shall move appropriate application for substitution within one month. In view of the said observations, the defects, as pointed out are not required to be taken note of and shall be ignored.
