UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R

1. The limited grievance raised by the appellant in the present appeal is against the direction issued by the National Consumers Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi calling upon the respondent- developer to refund the entire amount deposited by the appellant with interest w.e.f. 27th November, 2018, the date of offering possession instead of interest on the instalments deposited by the appellant with the developer from time to time.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that a similar issue has been raised in appeals registered as Civil Appeals No.7052 of 2022 and 8422 of 2022 on which notice has already been issued.

3. Delay condoned.
