Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/applicant and the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents.
So far as the petitioner's main grievance is concerned, he states that he has made a representation dated 13-2-2017 to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court at Calcutta seeking some documents which have so far not been provided to him.
In view of the above, We direct the Registrar General of the High Court at Calcutta to consider the representation of the petitioner and if the documents are available, the same may be given to the petitioner at his cost, as early as possible. IA NO.31129/2018:-
Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta as well as the learned counsel appearing for the public interest litigation, we thought it fit to allow this application in terms of prayer at Clause (a).
Interlocutory Applications are allowed and the Miscellaneous Applications are disposed of in the afore-stated terms.
