Learned counsel for the rival parties are agreed that for disposal of the present controversy, it is not necessary to effect service on respondent Nos.3 and 4, as the same are only proforma respondents. Service on respondent Nos.3 and 4 is accordingly dispensed with.
Liberty is granted to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to file their counter affidavits within two weeks from today.
List thereafter.
Further proceedings shall remain stayed till further orders.
