ITEM NO.7 -3- WC243/2012 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R W.P.(c) No.243/2012 Service is complete. The respondent Nos.1,2,5,6,12-15, 17 & 19 have already filed the counter affidavit. The other respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules. W.P.(C) No. 916/2014 The respondent Nos.15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 23-25, 27 & 37 have already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos.1-3, 5, 9, 11, 18, 22, 28, 35 & 36 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.4,6,7,10,12-14, 26, 30,31,33,34 & 38 by post, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos.8, 19, 29, 32 shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the State of Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka & Himachal Pradesh respectively. Ld.counsel for the State of Gujarat (R-30) has asked for copy of pleadings, but as per records, he has been served by registered post which shows that copy must have been received by him, but he has failed to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. List the matter again on 26.10.2016.
