The office report indicates that on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 9, communication has been filed by the learned Advocate, Ms. A. Subhashini intimating about the filing of the vakalatnama on their behalf. At the same time, it appears that on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 9, the learned Advocate, M/s Mitter and Mitter Co. has filed vakalatnama without obtaining 'No Objection' from the erstwhile learned Advocate, Ms. A. Subhashini.
