UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ld.counsel for the appellant in Civil Appeal No.6537/10 is directed to take fresh steps against unserved respondent Nos. 1,2 and 6-11.
Regarding I.A.No.4 the office has indicated that the appellant has remitted only six spare copy and process fee of Rs.60/- only and hence deficit. Ld.counsel for the appellant points out that respondent Nos.8-86 have been deleted and out of the 7 remaining respondents, respondent No.1 has already been served.

It is further submitted that thereby only six respondents need only be served, they are respondent Nos. 2-7.
Further, it is submitted that since SLP copy has already been served, he need only to take steps by furnishing the I.A.No.4 alone. However on a verification of records, it is seen that in Civil Appeal No.6536/2010, service is complete. Service is incomplete on
respondent Nos. 1,2 and 6 to 11 in Appeal No.6537/2010. Hence there are 8 respondents who remain to be served. Hence, appellant to remit the process fee and spare copy for 8 respondents. Take steps as above within four weeks as a last chance.
List the matter on 25.03.2014.
