UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
By the impugned order, pre-arrest bail was granted which was operative only till the submission of the charge-sheet. Now, the charge-sheet has already been filed on 13.08.2017. Hence, the impugned order has worked itself out. Hence, no case for interference is made out.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a grievance that respondent nos.3 to 5 are not appearing before the Trial Court. If that be so, it will be for the Trial Court to take appropriate steps.
The Special Leave Petitions disposed of accordingly.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
