For Respondent(s)
Reason:
In SLP(Crl.) Nos. 5848 and 5795 of 2023 and Diary Nos. 15080 and 15015 of 2023
Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners.
This Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders.
The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
In SLP(Crl.) No. 8655 of 2023
Additionally, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners argued that the anticipatory bail application was rejected only on the ground that the petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. was dismissed.
The argument is incorrect because plain reading of Paras 12-13 reveal that the Court took into consideration all circumstances as well as the fact that petition under Section 482 was dismissed.
In these circumstances, that ground too is not available. This special leave petition is also dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
