UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having considered the rival submission, we decline to interfere in these special leave petitions.

However, the limited clarification/modification of the impugned judgment and order, as may be necessary, in light of the submissions made is to frame charge also under Section 2(c)(i) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, additionally, which can be dealt with by the High Court after evidence is recorded in terms of the impugned judgment and order.

It will be open to the petitioner(s) to urge before the High Court, after the evidence is recorded, that charge(s) under concerned provision is not attracted on the basis of such evidence. In that regard, all contentions available to both sides are left.

The special leave petitions are disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
