UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER <sup>1</sup>A. No. 790/2017
High Court reported that respondent Nos. 2, 9, 11, 13 and 14 have been served but no proof is attached. However, service is deemed complete on the said respondents.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant has failed to file the fresh particulars and to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the respondent Nos. 15 and 17 despite opportunities.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the appellant that she is under instructions to delete respondent Nos. 15 and 17. Ld. Counsel shall within a period of two weeks file the same.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.5 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.
Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 6 to 17 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the appellant within a period of two weeks.
