"Delay condoned.

Leave granted.

In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned judgment dated 22.01.2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh and the order dated the order dated 29.04.2014 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderbad."

CA No. 5165 of 2015:-

It is submitted that there are two Respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Ms. Manjeet Kirpal, Advocate and Respondent No. 2/ State has been served with notice but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far.

Service of notice is complete.

It is further submitted that Original Record in the instant matter has not been called for by the Hon'ble Court.

It is also submitted that counsel for parties have not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(1)(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a party does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case and so far as appellant is concerned, it shall be presumed that the Appellant has adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of case.

CA No. 5166 of 2015:-
