UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The learned senior counsel appearing for the Bank submits that despite several attempts, the Bank is not in a position to sell the whole 150 acres of land and so far, they have been able to sell only 45 acres.

The learned senior counsel further submits that in case the Bank is permitted to sell the property in appropriate lots, they may be able to sell the whole land. Accordingly, we permit the Bank to sell the remaining extent of land, out of 150 acres, in whatever manner they deem fit. We also direct the Bank to communicate the exact sketch of 150 acres to the Sales Tax Department of the State.

The Bank is directed to submit a report to this Court within two months from today.

The learned senior counsel further submits that the particulars of the amount due to the Bank have been furnished in a sealed cover. We direct the Registry to share the information with the Liquidator only, for the time being, on condition that the Liquidator shall not share this information to any other source. We direct the Liquidator to assist the Court regarding the correctness of the accounts.
