The counsel representing the State is not in a position to deny that the case of the present petitioner, Lalit Gangvani, stands on the same footing as that of another accused, namely, Sunil, who was earlier granted bail by this court vide order dated March 30, 2012 in SLP(Crl.) No.789 of 2012. The petitioner too is, therefore, directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial court.
