The Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.21, 30,32, 33 & the State of Karnataka are present. Ld.counsel for the State of Karnataka seeks and is granted four weeks time as last chance for filing the counter affidavit. What gets revealed from the perusal of the
office report is that the service of notice is incomplete on the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 6,11, 12, 27, 28, 34 and 36. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to them. He shall do the needful within a period of two weeks, failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date. Dasti in addition is
permitted to be served. List again on 30.07.2014.
