Special Leave Petitions. Ms. V.P. Seemanthnani, learned Senior counsel makes a statement that all the Special Leave Petitions are intrinsically connected and, therefore, in the absence of unserved respondents, these 3 Special Leave Petitions cannot be heard. As far as the direction in our earlier Order dated 17 th November, 2015 is concerned, learned counsel appearing for the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) submitted that he has to file a convenience volume incorporated all the norms, guidelines, circulars and regulations issued and framed by AICTE from time to time. Ms. V.P. Seemanthnani, learned Senior counsel also state that whatever left out by AICTE in the convenience volume have been included in their compilation. Both the compilation shall be allowed to be filed. Two weeks' time is granted to the Petitioner for effecting service on all the unserved respondents in the connected Special Leave Petitions. Petitioner is also directed to serve notice on the counsel appearing for the common respondents in these Special Leave Petitions. Dasti , as prayed for, is also permitted.
