Mr. Sharath Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned proceedings leading to the challenge before the High Court were initiated in respect of respondent No.1 and at no stage any grievance was made in respect of the instant petitioner. Mr. Chandran, submits that both the temples are completely distinct and have nothing to do with each other, but the final direction issued by the High Court covers the petitioner.
Permission to file SLP is granted.
Issue notice confined to the submission advanced by Mr. Chandran.
