elaborate, by this dismissal, the decree passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No.952/1989 has been affirmed. Whereas, in the present petition, the issue would be regarding the justifiability of the executability of the decree including the issue of limitation. Learned counsel for the parties are required to come ready to argue the matter on 26.03.2018.
