UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Final chance is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Prashant Mehra for taking fresh steps for getting the notices served on respondent Nos.6, 7 and 10. Item No.98 -4-

No further orders are required to be passed. Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that he has yet not received the copy of counter affidavit.

Respondents to serve copy of the counter affidavit to the learned counsel for the appellant.

So far as the other set of the appeals are concerned, it appears from the submission advanced on record by the learned Advocates that incorrect position has been mentioned in the office report lead to a serious ambiguity, which has resulted into prolonging of the proceeding.

Registry is requested to submit a defined clear report on position of the service on the various respondents in all these matters as well as filing of the counter affidavit so as to facilitate passing of necessary appropriate orders by the court.
