COMMON ORAL ORDER

In the present group of petitions, the petitioners who are the employees of the respondent No.1 – originally worked with the respondent No.1, were sent to the project enunciated by the respondent No.2 undertaken with the help of some foreign investors and thereafter, their service came to be ended/renewed since the project was closed for the first phase and thereafter, the second phase of work was undertaken by some other Trustee who was in-charge of the same and the petitioners were supposed to join with the said Trustee for the second phase of work and therefore, the question is required to be dealt with by this Court in detail while examining the issue involved in the present group of petitions.

Hence, Rule.

Learned advocate Mr.Munjal Bhatt waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent No.1.
