Mr. P.K. Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he may be allowed 2 [two] weeks' time to enable him to file the reply to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 – 7.
Mr. D. Kamduk, learned counsel for the respondent No. 9 submits that he may also be allowed 2 [two] weeks' time to enable him to file the affidavit-inopposition.
