ORAL ORDER:

Heard Sri J.V.Phani Dutt, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Smt.Y.Maha Lakshmi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Srinivas Pathuri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner has filed an Appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer (Respondent No.3) the year 2020 vide D.Dis.No.3752/2020. He would submit that despite the fact that the Appeal has been filed way back in the year 2020, the Respondent No.3 has not disposed of the same. 2. in

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is of the opinion that the Respondent No.3 ought not to have kept the Appeal pending and keeping it undecided for so long. 3.

In this view of the matter, there shall be ^a direction to the Respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the said Appeal bearing D.Dis.No.3752/2020 in accordance with law within ^a period of six weeks from today and communicate such order to the interested parties. Needless to state that the Respondent No.3 shall adhere to the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing 4.

advance Notice to all the interested parties, considering their objections and documents, if any, before passing the final Order.

5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
