Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in taking steps to dispossess the petitioner from the licensed in spite of subsistence of the License period upto 11-9-2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art.14, <sup>19</sup> and <sup>21</sup> of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the business of the petitioner premises in the licensed premises in SPSR Bus Station, Nellore, during the subsistence of the License period covered by Deed of license, dated 12.09.2008 executed by the 1®' respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and no further adjudication is necessary in the present Writ Petition. Therefore the Writ Petition becomes infructuous.

Recording the said submission. Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
