WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through their Advocate SRI SRICHARAN TELAPROLU presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the $4$ <sup>th</sup> Respondent in registering the Revocation Deed/Cancellation deed of Gift deed bearing document No. 2538/2004 dt. 13-07-2004, executed by the husband of the $5<sup>th</sup>$ Respondent, registered on 14-07-2004, without the consent of the Petitioners, unilaterally revoking the registered Gift Deed bearing document No.4217/2003 dated 10-12-2003 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the provisions under The Registration Act, 1908 and the Andhra Pradesh Rules under the Registration Act, 1908 and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the Revocation Deed/Cancellation deed of Gift deed bearing document No. 2538/2004 dt. 13-07-2004, executed by the husband of the 5<sup>th</sup> Respondent.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SRICHARAN TELAPROLU Advocate the Petitioner, GP FOR STAMPS & for REGISTRATION for respondent Nos.1 to 5, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

You viz:
