Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including any co-ersive steps against the petitioner in connection with the summon No. PMLA/SUMMON/VKSZO/2022/93 issued by the 1<sup>st</sup> respondent, pending disposal of CRLP 1471 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Pillix Law Firm, Advocate for the Petitioner, Sri Josyula Bhaskara Rao, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.1 and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following:

ORDER:

"Learned Standing Counsel Sri Josula Bhaskar appearing for the 1<sup>st</sup> respondent sought two (02) weeks time and opposed for grant of interim direction.

Learned senior counsel Sri Dammalapati Srinivas appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the notice served, they will appear before the investigating agency and cooperate with the authorities.

In fact learned counsel for the petitioner has also brought notice of this Court that the defacto complainant as well as the petitioners have compromised the matter and it was ended in Lok Adalath.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner though it was opposed by the public prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to take coercive steps against the petitioner herein. Further the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigating agency.

Post after two (02) weeks."
