COMMON ORDER:
These cases are listed under the caption "Specially Identified Cases". Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, appearing for the respective respondents.
In all these matters, the issue involved and the legal contentions raised are similar and therefore, the same are disposed of by this Common Order in view of the subsequent events.
It is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration that a Circular Memo No.Legal/7801/2021 dated 01.07.2022 was issued by the Commissioner and Inspector General, Registration & Stamps, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, pursuant to the instructions of CCLA vide CCLA's Memo No.Assn.I(1)/401/2022, dated 30.06.2022, with reference
to matters relating to Section 22-A of Registration Act, 1908 and the instructions issued by the office of the Commissioner vide Circular Memo, dated 13.06.2022 are withdrawn, that in the light of the said position, the matters need no further adjudication.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, pending shall stand closed.
