Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ/Order/Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not closing the Rowdy Sheet~ No.528-B against petitioner despite of not reviewing from 2014 onwards as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art. 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently close the same by declaring the action of the Respondents in continuing Rowdy Sheet No.528-B against the petitioner despite of no ease against him from the year, 2014 onwards forthwith.

Petition under section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th Respondent not to call the Petitioner to the Police station pursuant to Rowdy Sheet No.528-B on its file wl'thout there being any other crime forthwith, pending dl'sposal of the writ Petition No.3867 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
